How long does it usually take to ship an order after purchasing a doll?

Orders are generally divided into regular orders and custom orders. Regular orders usually have stock, so they can typically ship within 1-2 days. Custom orders generally take 4 working days to ship, since they need to be made to order.

What are the discount policies for bulk orders?

For bulk orders, we offer varying discount levels depending on the quantity ordered. Please contact our sales team for specifics on bulk order discounts.

I want to create my own brand, with you providing the products and private brand images. Is this possible?

Absolutely, this is feasible. As long as you have brand marketing capabilities, we can cooperate to shoot images, make custom molds, and create an entirely new brand just for you. Please contact our sales team to discuss specific cooperation details.

Do you restrict resellers on sales pricing and sales channels?

We recommend becoming a reseller for our mid-range products, the TPE BODY and Silicone Head dolls. This type of doll is very high quality and affordable, making them ideal products to promote and resell.

We do not restrict pricing or sales channels. However, nothing that would damage the brand reputation is allowed.
